What to include in your request

To speed things up, please include:

  1. Your name (or the copyright holder’s name)
  2. Owning proofs (if your request doesn't contain proofs of content ownership you are getting ignored)
  3. Description of the content (title, details, or screenshots if helpful)
  4. Location of the content (full URL on my services)
  5. Your contact information (email or phone)
  6. A statement such as: “I have a good faith belief that the use of this material is not authorized”
Note: Please do not submit false claims. Misuse of this process wastes time and may lead to further action if necessary.

Counter-notification

If content was removed following a request and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your message should include:

  1. Your signature (digital is acceptable)
  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location
  3. A statement that you believe the removal was a mistake
  4. Your name and contact information

Send it to dmca@itzcrih.it with the subject “DMCA Counter-Notification”.

Repeat violations

Users who repeatedly upload or share infringing content may have their access restricted or removed.

This policy follows the DMCA (United States) as a standard framework, while also complying with Italian law (L. 633/1941) and relevant EU directives. Valid requests will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

Do you monitor all uploaded content?

No. This service operates under a “notice and takedown” approach: content is reviewed upon request.

Does the downloader violate copyright?

No. It is a tool. Users are responsible for how they use it. If infringing content is reported, related links may be removed.
